Design

We offer a free initial appointment to discuss your brief. Following this meeting, we will carry out a measured survey and produce some design ideas using CAD. Only when you are satisfied with the drawings, will we submit your proposals to the local authority for approval.

Planning applications

If you are planning an extension to your home, then some of your first considerations will likely be around the planning process. Prior to proceeding with any building, your planning application needs to be submitted to your local authority to gain approval. Aylesbury based Extension Designs Ltd has more than 30 years of experience in planning applications, so we can advise you every step of the way to ensure your application is successful.

• We will prepare drawings, submit your planning applications and liaise with your local authority planning department to gain approvals

• We will prepare detailed drawing for building regulations applications and liaise with the building control department to get approval

• We can also submit applications to water companies for build over agreements

BUILDING REGULATIONS AND CAD SERVICES

Building regulation applications

Again, we will act on your behalf, prepare detailed drawings and submit applications, liaise with your building control department to gain approval. We will also submit applications to water companies for build over agreements if required. These plans will be suitable for you to obtain quotations from builders.

CAD services

Even if planning and building regulations applications are not required, we can offer a drawing only service. All drawings are produced using AutoCAD software.
