HOW OUR DESIGN PROCESS WORKS

OUR STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE TO OUR ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN PROCESS
Our expert guidance and knowledge will take you through every step of the design and planning process

Once the customer has had a phone call, we will then meet at the customer's home for a free initial consultation

We will then discuss the brief of what you want

We will offer advice that is likely to be acceptable for planning. We will explain any limitations on the size of the build and offer design alternatives that you may not have thought of

We will discuss the fees involved once we have your go-ahead
After the discussion we will then leave your home and work on a proposal, which we will email to you.

We will make another appointment to go to your property and carry out a survey

It will take between 1-2 weeks to produce a set of drawings, for discussion. We understand at this stage adjustments may need to be made to the drawings

Once the design has been adjusted it will be ready to be submitted to the local authority and water companies

From the drawings, the builders will be able to price the work

We don’t work directly with builders. We always recommend getting multiple quotations and can recommend some local builders to you
